A lot of this began long before weddings ever became work.
I was always the person filming little trips away, dinners with friends, the people I love just existing as they are.
Looking back now, those pieces of footage have become some of the most valuable things I own. Not because they were perfect, but because they hold a feeling and a time in life that can never really be recreated.
That has shaped the way I work. I’m drawn far more to feeling than performance.
I intentionally limit my calendar to around 25 weddings each year, allowing me to remain personally involved from our first conversation through to the final edit.
